When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

 
Return Policy
 
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase.Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services quoting your order number. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

 

    A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. 


There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping.  In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee. 

 

All packages are to be fully insured.  You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package.  Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused. 

We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees.  They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
